CSR - Part time available
ATC Communications and ATCJet.net LLC, a progressive telecommunications company located in Southwest Nebraska, is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to work in the Information System/CSR Department.
Responsibilities: Provide first contact technical support in problem solving and information gathering for Information Systems Help Desk. Provide assistance to ATC Communications’ customers within the different realms of services we provide. Employee must maintain confidentiality with commercial and private party customers on the telephone and in person.

- Good oral and written Communication skills required
- Experience with trouble shooting Internet applications and connections
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good working knowledge of Windows and or Macintosh Operating Systems
